The Soldo web app, mobile app, API connection, and payments (card and bank transfer) will be unavailable from 00:00 BST on Sunday 24 May 2026 for a period of up to two hours while we perform routine maintenance on our systems. 

During this time, payments made using your Soldo cards may be declined. We sincerely hope that this will not cause any inconvenience to your usual business.

Please note: If you use Soldo cards for automated recurring payments such as subscriptions, these payments may fail during the period of routine maintenance. If this happens, there’s no need to change your payment method. Simply keep your Soldo card on file with the merchant and the next attempted payment will work as expected.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience that this will cause, and thank you for your patience while we work to improve your Soldo experience.
